Has anyone found themselves so absorbed in what you were doing, you didn't take the time to look at your palette - like typing and not looking?
We are a group of plein air artists living in the Southern USA. We will post images of paintings (for sale), upcoming workshops, paintouts, and general information concerning painting en plein air.

Yes, it's like being in the runner's "zone". Very interesting feeling...I guess you could call it a painter's high. It's like magic. And it helps that you know your palette layout exactly and where all the paint dollops are located.
