'Blue Flag Iris' 5x7 pastelHere is another plein air painting from my South Carolina trip. On Friday afternoon it looked like rain so instead of setting up to paint we decided to visit Brookgreen Gardens. Are we ever glad we did! They were so wonderful! We went back the next day to paint. I could have painted all day at this lily pond filled with Irises and turtles!!!
