Plein Air Painting in Stuart Florida My vacation

We spent the week down south in Stuart. Except for when we were running back to Fort Pierce to visit my husband's father who was in the hospital, he finally got out today! Not the best vacation in the world, I feel like I need a vacation from the vacation! Whisker is fine any how.
It was real pretty, lots of super looking clouds over the ocean. The first painting is DP 337, 12 x 16 plein air the view from our porch in Stuart. $400. The next one is 4 x 6 DP338, $100. DP341 with bird of paradise flowers is also 5 x 7, $100. The last is DP342, its another plein air, 8 x 10. Its the view to the north from our porch on the vacation. $200. Email me if you are interested or leave a comment. lorartbus@aol.com

I like the first and the last the best. The first one is so strong and bold, and the color balance is fantastic! The last one has that ocean feel, like you can just smell the salt air and feel the wind . . . Wonderful emotions.

I like them all - but my favorites are the second one down and the last one. I love it when the sky seems to melt into the ocean.

I hope you had a nice vacation. And I'm glad to hear that Whisker is ok. Scratch him for me. :o)

Thanks BJ, the vacation had some nice spots like when I was painting. I gave Whisker a scratch for you, told him it was from BJ! hehehe, I am sure he understands! I like the first the best myself, it gave me the most work but I like the stripes of ultramarine blue in the water, I saw a lot of those. I don't know why they happen, schools of fish or cloud shadows in a green sea?
