10" x 8" oil on canvas covered hardboard - painted en plein air, alla prima on 9-4-07 - $85 including shipping -This little gravel road runs south at the foot of Chetoogeta Mountain from the old general store, past Fort Keys then exits back into the 21st century on US Highway 41. It is the 'road in' when the Civil War reenactors arrive for the Battle of Tunnel Hill.

You capture that Summer heat in your work. Anxious to see your fall paintings. I bet those reenactors wait till Fall to do battle in those wool uniforms.
